By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

2. Services Provided

About Face Beauty Treatments offers facial services, body sculpting, wellness treatments, and related beauty services.
All treatments are performed by licensed or certified professionals, using professional-grade products and safe techniques.

  • Services are non-medical and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

  • Treatment results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

  • The client agrees to disclose all health conditions, allergies, and medications prior to receiving any treatment.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost at the time of your visit.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit or pre-paid session.

  • Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may result in shortened service time or cancellation.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are listed on the official AFBT booking platform and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and electronic payment platforms (e.g., Square, PayPal, or CashApp if applicable).

  • All sales are final. Services, packages, and retail products are non-refundable.

5. Packages, Promotions & Gift Certificates

  • All package purchases, promotions, and gift certificates are final sale and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates will apply, as noted at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Health & Safety

To maintain a safe environment for all clients:

  • Please arrive clean and free from contagious conditions (such as colds, open wounds, or infections).

  • AFBT reserves the right to refuse service for any reason related to health, safety, or client behavior.

  • Clients must follow all aftercare and pre-care instructions provided by the esthetician.

7. Conduct & Professional Etiquette

About Face Beauty Treatments promotes a peaceful, drama-free, and noise-free atmosphere.

  • Please silence all devices during services.

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of the session and future booking privileges.

8. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, the client acknowledges that:

  • They have been informed of the nature, risks, and possible outcomes of the treatment.

  • They release About Face Beauty Treatments, its owner (Nicole Jackson), and all associates from any liability, claims, or damages that may result from services rendered.

  • All treatments are elective, and results are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, photos, videos, and designs, are the property of About Face Beauty Treatments.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Client and website user information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for business operations or legal compliance.
