At About Face Beauty Treatments, our goal is to provide each client with exceptional, personalized care and results. Every treatment, service, and package is performed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Because our services are time- and product-based, we do not issue refunds for any services rendered.

1. Services Rendered Are Final Sale

All facial, body sculpting, wellness, and beauty services are considered final sale once performed. Payment is due at the time of service, and once a treatment is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Accommodations & Service Resolutions

Client satisfaction is important to us. While refunds are not offered, AFBT may provide accommodations at management’s discretion if:

• The client experiences a service-related issue and notifies us within 48 hours of the appointment.

• The issue can be reasonably verified by the esthetician or management.
  Possible accommodations may include:

• A complimentary touch-up or adjustment service

• A discounted future treatment

• A service credit (valid for 30 days from the issue date)

All accommodations are case-by-case and contingent upon review by management.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Clients are allowed to reschedule within 24 hours of cancellation.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or session.

• Prepaid service packages must be used within their designated time frame and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Product Purchases

For hygiene and safety reasons, all retail product sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same item only.

5. Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates and multi-session packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used within the time frame indicated at purchase unless otherwise authorized by management.

6. Prepaid Plans & Promotions

All prepaid promotions, vouchers, and package deals are final sale and must be used by the same client for whom they were purchased. No exceptions will be made for partial use, remaining balances, or expired offers.

7. Service Refusal

AFBT reserves the right to refuse service to any client demonstrating inappropriate conduct, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with spa policies. Refusal of service will not qualify for a refund or credit.

8. Agreement

By booking a service, purchasing a package, or visiting About Face Beauty Treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
